Speech-language pathologists evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders, and they train caregivers to support progress between visits.
Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) follow your plan of care to help with personal care and daily activities, in line with Medicare guidelines.
Our social worker assesses your needs, connects you with services and community resources, and helps you set goals.
